The Collector works directly with NASA Federal Credit Union members to resolve matters regarding their past due financial products. The ideal candidates is a specialist at combining customer service and problems solving skills to produce lucrative results. This position requires a thorough knowledge of the Credit Union collection practices, creditor rights and applicable bankruptcy laws. The candidate must possess a complete understanding of how payment and payrolls are applied to accounts and the member profile of accounts.
Qualified applicants for this vacancy will be fluent in Spanish.
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Saturday (Rotating)
One year of related experience and/or training.
Two years of experience with the majority of the duties outlined in the job description for levels I & II.
