Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES SUMMARY

  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Home Equity Department
  • Oversees and participates in the processing and underwriting of home equity loans
  • Manages the home equity pipeline to ensure timely decisions
  • Trains, mentors, supports, and assists staff  

 

WORK SCHEDULE

Office hours are typically 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Longer hours may be required to meet demand.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college / university degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of general lending and home equity lending experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable home equity lending regulations including closing documents, title, lien recording, funding and disclosure requirements
  • Mortgage / home equity supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge / experience with administration of lending software preferred
