Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration of Temenos Collections and Loan Servicing systems
  • Under the direction of the Vice President of Loan Servicing, monitors system performance, identify issues, and implements enhancements
  • Writes business rules to increase collector/loan representative efficiency
  • Develops and documents test plans and resolve defects in a timely manner. 
  • Supports leadership with participation in any technical departmental or organizational projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in business or systems analytics
  • Advanced experience in Excel
  • Experienced in creating work plans and managing to the plans
  • Experienced with identifying problems and implementing process improvement
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • SQL preferred
