    • Works with and maintains grounds and grounds irrigation systems
    • Installs display graphics, marketing posters, pictures, A/V systems, etc.
    • Receives and transports construction materials and other items to branches
    • Handles meeting room set-ups
    • Spreads paints or bituminous compounds over surfaces for protection
    • Sprays materials such as water, sand, steam, vinyl, paint, or stucco through hose to clean, coat, or seal surfaces
    • Applies caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices
    • Orders and maintains maintenance supplies and equipment
    • Conducts routine preventative maintenance according to established guidelines and schedules
    • Requisitions tools, equipment and supplies
    • Hangs/replaces ceiling tile
    • This position backs-up all Shipping/Receiving Specialist duties and may perform some or all the responsibilities on a regular basis
    • Assists the Field Maintenance Technician II/Sr. Field Maintenance Technician as needed


    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training
    • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
