    • Processes ID theft disputes
    • Assists with gathering information for fraud investigators
    • Scans and stores case files and other documents
    • Coordinates the assignment of alerts submitted to Department


    • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year accredited college is preferred
    • Experience with consumer disputes, fraud investigations or related activities is helpful
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task   
    • Critical thinking 
    • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
