    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for integrating the policies and procedures of the Board of Directors into the daily operations of the Member Solutions Department
    • Under the direction of the AVP of Collections, the Member Solutions Manager is accountable for managing, coordinating, and monitoring the day-to-day operations for the Member Solutions Department's activities to ensure internal and external service levels, production standards, and acceptable delinquency/loss levels are achieved while remaining in compliance with legal and Credit Union standards
    • Possesses proven leadership skills with managing performance and productivity, as well as coaching, developing and holding employees accountable to performance standards
    • Daily management of all phases of Loss Mitigation work, i.e. repossession, remarketing, foreclosure, REO, legal, Loan workouts, credit counseling and bankruptcy
    • Strong knowledge of consumer and mortgage collection laws and regulations
    • Knowledge of credit union regulatory environment a plus

    Qualifications

    • Five to seven years of relevant experience in loss mitigation
    • Minimum of three years of management experience and/or applicable supervisory training
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
