    Provides organizational support for the Training Department as follows: Sets-up training rooms, prepares and organizes training materials and certificates, coordinates corporate business events, books outlook appointments for internal presenters, prepares training agendas, completes webinar set-up, organizes and maintains training library resources (DVD’s, Books, Audio CD’s), etc. 


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Cognizant of and adheres to Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
    • Upholds NASA Federal’s Core Values, as well as the Training Department’s policies and procedures, and principles at all times.  
    • Coordinates, organizes and maintains training events that contribute to the over-all goals of the Training Department and Credit Union.
    • Prepares, coordinates and organizes training materials.  
    • Maintains Training Coordinator Processes and Procedures. Recommends appropriate changes that are current and consistent with the Training Department and the Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
    • Maintains confidentiality of employee information.
    • Effectively communicates (verbally and in writing) through approved appropriate business channels such as: dialogs, outlook appts. BVS (Learning Management System) etc.   
    • Partners with Training Manager to problem solve.
    • Works well independently to accomplish Training Department goals and metrics.  
    • Maintains a working knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services.
    • Tracks training through BVS and produces tracking metrics.
    • Monitors training communication systems, such as: voicemail, mail and email (including E#-Training and *Training mailboxes)
    • Maintains, edits and updates various training materials, documents, forms and databases; such as training checklists, calendars, BVS course descriptions, evaluation forms, training hour database, policies and procedures, training request forms and product knowledge information in EARL, BVS, S: Drive.
    • Has working proficiency with various computer applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.


    The successful candidate will be motivated, professional and exemplify corporate dress, behavior and mannerisms. This position is goal and deadline oriented and requires excellent time management skills, flexibility, multi-tasking and organizational skills.



    • Associates Degree(A.A.) or equivalent experience and at least two years working in an administrative role with an emphasis on event planning and/or training coordination.
