    With branch locations in Annapolis, Bowie, Columbia, Greenbelt, and surrounding areas, Branch Managers are responsible for the overall operation of a Branch Office.

    • The Annapolis Branch, located in Annapolis, MD is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday.


    • Has a complete knowledge of Credit Union/Banking procedure and policy and applies this knowledge in the operation and supervision of the branch and its employees.
    • Has knowledge in the areas of product features/benefits, system integration, and problem resolution. 
    • Responsible for the total quality member experience through teaching, coaching, and technical development of branch staff. 
    • Has ability to perform all branch duties and functions such as new accounts, loan processing, ATM support, and cash management.  
    • May be temporarily assigned to other branches/departments in order to meet the business needs of the Credit Union. 
    • May be assigned to support Corporate Projects as well as lead and/or support Department Projects.
    • Branch Manager II & IIIs may be responsible for the overall operation of two branches.
    • Branch Manager II & III positions may be assigned to support functions for daily deposits and Call Center operations, including compliance, funding and reconciliation of new accounts, and daily General Ledger settlements. 



    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred.
    • One to two years related experience and/or training for Branch Manager I. 
    • Branch Manager II and III levels require additional years of experience, experience with larger staffs, higher traffic volumes and more complex branch service operations.
